Cancellation Policy

It’s important you understand our cancellation policy, so please take a few moments to read on:

Please provide at least 24-hours advanced notice if you are unable to attend your scheduled singing lesson. With such notice, a make-up lesson will be scheduled. Without this notice, the total fee for that lesson will be forfeited.
Make-up lessons will be scheduled as close to the cancelled lesson as possible at a time that is mutually convenient. All make up lessons must occur during the term in which the corresponding lesson was cancelled or the ensuing term break.
If we need to cancel a lesson, you will be given as much notice as possible and a make-up lesson will be generated. Boyana will endeavour to schedule your make-up lesson as close to the cancelled lesson as possible or at a time that is mutually convenient.

In the event that a client is late to a session, there will be a 10 minute grace period. After this time, the lesson will be cancelled and the client will need to rebook at a later date and at full cost.

No refunds will be given for lateness or for failure to attend a lesson.
Please note any lesson time missed (up to the maximum 10 minute grace period) will be deducted from the allocated package.
